Hi, I’m Caitlin.

I’M A COACH, WRITER + CREATIVE.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I coach 1:1, write about life + love, make content, facilitate workshops and classes, and lead retreats.

My mission is to empower people to return to themselves. Your true self- who you were before the world had ideas about who you should be.

I’m here to help uncover your unique gifts in order for YOU to be the creator of your story.

I’m an Aquarius sun ☀ Capricorn moon ☾ and Taurus rising ⇡ (if that’s your thing!) I’m a Projector in Human Design.

My pronouns are she/they, and I’m queer!

I’m very interested in working with both the practical (brain) and mystical (energy).

I received my coaching certification through Lumia Coaching, an ICF-accredited program, under the tutelage of John Kim “The Angry Therapist” and Noelle Cordeaux.

My background— My ancestors are a blend of the British Isles, most hailing from Ireland.

I grew up in the sunny suburbs of Los Angeles where the creative life was instilled in me from day one. I attended an arts high school in LA and received my BFA in Acting from SUNY Purchase. For over a decade I made and produced experimental theater in NYC and toured as an actor in Europe. My background in performance has given me tools I translate directly into coaching- insight on WHY we do things, using our voice, and embodiment work.

I was raised in a Queer affirming Episcopal church that taught me everyone’s relationship to God is unique, and that we are actually all perfect EXACTLY as we are. I don’t really like labels when it comes to spiritual stuff, as my personal practices are a blend of christian, pagan, and buddhist traditions. I mention this part of my story because my spirituality is very important to me! I’m also conscious of the fact that for many people the church has been extremely damaging, and religion can cause deep rooted trauma. I feel very lucky that was not the case for me, and I love finding welcoming communities of faith that allow me to honor this part of myself and walk the path in my relationship with a power greater than myself. As the Rector of my church growing up Ed Bacon, said when he was on Oprah, “Being gay is a gift from God.”

In my late 20’s-early 30’s, I was single for a LONG time. One of the BEST things I learned: It’s not a PROBLEM you need to solve. And you can ruthlessly go after a life you love right now, while also being open to the idea of meeting someone. Everyone’s journey with dating and relationships is SO DIFFERENT. It’s one of the juiciest parts of life and, in my humble opinion, one of our biggest mirrors for growth.

That’s certainly been the case for me, as I grow to love my body in a way I didn’t know was possible. Embrace and own my sexuality. (Officially came out the week before my 34th birthday!) Seek deep intimacy in friendships. Ruthlessly + continuously ask myself how I can grow, and where I can be of service. I am deeply spiritual and also roll my eyes when it gets too WOO. I center creativity, joy, expression, and pleasure as roads on my path to peace.

In my adult life I’d always hungered to find out why nothing was ever good enough. I was in therapy for years and felt like I was on a hamster wheel. It was when I hired my first coach that I started to ACTUALLY implement changes, not just talk about them. When I started to get honest with myself about what I wanted my life to look like, I knew I needed to make some big changes. Coaching had been knocking on the door for quite some time, and I couldn’t ignore the call any longer.

I’ve always been an artist, performer, facilitator, gatherer of people, organizer, mama bear. I worked in hospitality (bars + restaurants), fitness, customer service, childcare, real estate… you name it! Always pursuing avenues that would allow me to explore and share my gifts as a leader and a teacher.

I got married in October of 2023, and have been settling into married life with my spouse. We live in between the upper Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains with our precious sweet pup, Hazelnut.

I’ve spent the last 4 years guiding and mentoring all types of people.

I don’t think there’s ever ONE way to do something. And I don’t believe in wasted time. I approach each person I work with as the unique, radiant individual you are.

Whoever you are and wherever you find yourself on your journey, you are very welcome here.
